How do I know if I have received my complete order?

When the cargo is delivered, ensure you check the contents and tick off the items on the delivery loading list. You will have 72 hours to check your items once all cargo have been delivered. After this time, you may incur replacement fees. If you have made payment and have not received a delivery loading list within two business days, please contact us so we can arrange for this to be sent.

Some of my goods have been damaged in transit, what do I do?

Shipping damage is frustrating, please notify our Logistic Department. We will require descriptions of the damages and pictures of the damaged goods. This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we load items in our cargoes and helps prevent similar failures in the future. Replacements will be promptly arranged with our Logistic team.
